Aether + Glitch Textures Bundle for Korg Wavestate / Wavestate Native combines 84 original Performances by sound designer Otto K. Schwarz, bringing together two contrasting approaches to electronic sound design. The luminous harmonic landscapes of Aether meet the fragmented rhythms, digital imperfections and evolving textures of Glitch Textures, creating a collection that moves naturally between atmospheric expression and experimental electronic music.

Aether introduces 40 sample-based Performances built around light, space and melodic movement. Its sound palette includes expansive evolving pads, crystalline bells, airy vocal textures, atmospheric keys, expressive leads and Berlin School-inspired arpeggios. The included 2 GB samplebank provides the foundation for layered synthesizer sounds and rich harmonic environments, while expressive modulation assignments allow musicians to introduce tonal changes during performance. With its open, luminous character, Aether offers musical material for ambient compositions, cinematic scoring, melodic electronica and reflective soundscapes.

Glitch Textures takes a different direction with 44 multi-layered Performances inspired by the experimental electronic language of IDM. Drawing on the rhythmic complexity and digital aesthetics associated with artists such as Aphex Twin, Autechre, Plaid and Telefon Tel Aviv, the library transforms stutters, clicks, degraded textures and irregular rhythmic patterns into expressive musical sounds. Its collection of 15 drumloops, 10 arpeggios, evolving pads, basses, leads, plucks and sequences explores the relationship between electronic rhythm and atmosphere, offering detailed material for unconventional arrangements, experimental production and cinematic sound design.

The musical interest of this bundle comes from the interaction between harmonic continuity and rhythmic fragmentation. Aether provides spacious pads, melodic elements and evolving atmospheric foundations, while Glitch Textures introduces broken rhythmic structures, intricate digital details and animated electronic sequences. These complementary sound palettes allow producers to explore different levels of movement and complexity, from minimal ambient passages to densely textured electronic compositions where melody, rhythm and atmosphere become closely connected.

Both collections explore the Wave Sequencing capabilities of Korg Wavestate, using multi-layered sound design and performance-oriented modulation to create timbres that develop over time. Aether provides expressive control through the modulation wheel and assigned parameters, while Glitch Textures extends its performance possibilities through Mod Wheel and X/Y Pad assignments. Designed for compatible Korg Wavestate hardware and Wavestate Native, the bundle brings these contrasting approaches together for studio production, live synthesis and experimental composition.
