Nemesis for Korg Wavestate is a powerful sound bank created for musicians, composers and electronic producers who want to push the instrument into a deeper world of Berlin School motion, cosmic soundscapes, cinematic atmosphere and evolving ambient textures.
Built as a sonic journey through distant worlds, dark horizons and electronic landscapes, Nemesis includes 60 original Performances, each structured with 4 Layers to create depth, interaction and continuous evolution inside the Wavestate engine.
The sound direction moves between Berlin School, Tangerine Dream-inspired electronic landscapes, ambient sound design, cinematic scoring and the more experimental electronic side of J.M. Jarre’s later work. The result is a focused and evocative collection for users who want the Wavestate to feel alive, expressive and constantly moving.
A major strength of the library is its performance structure. Many sequence-based Performances are split across the keyboard, with the sequence placed on the left side up to B3, while pads, melodies, leads or accompaniment parts are placed on the right from C4 onwards. This makes many sounds feel like complete electronic performance environments, ready for live playing, soundtrack sketches and long-form improvisation.
The collection includes hypnotic arpeggios, pulsating sequences, atmospheric pads, mysterious textures, cinematic soundscapes, deep drones, rhythmic pulses and expansive electronic environments. Every sound is designed to evolve over time, respond musically to Wavestate controls and remain expressive even in minimal or repetitive structures.
Nemesis uses factory samples only, with no additional samples to load. All Performances heard in the demo are recorded directly one at a time, exactly as included in the sound bank, with no overdubbing and no added external effects.
